Here’s how to get your $1000 if you find a higher offer:
- Contact us to get a written offer to sell your house fast. We will give your our best offer and tell you how much you can net when you sell to us.
- If you have another offer that will net you more, sell your home to the person offering more, and complete the transaction at a local title and escrow company. The transaction must close within 12 days of the date of our offer.
- Submit your Certified HUD and recorded deed to us within 30 days of your written offer from us using this form.
- We will verify your submission and send you a check within 10 days!
Here is the fine print of the guarantee:
To be eligible for the $1000 guarantee, your submission must meet the following terms and conditions. If they do not, your submission will not be eligible for the $1000 guarantee.
You must not be under contract to sell your property prior to us giving you our offer.
The transaction must be an all cash transaction. The purchaser cannot use any loan to purchase your property. The transaction must close at a local title and escrow company that is licensed in the State of Nevada.
The sale to the homebuyer offering more must be completed and recorded in the Clark County Recorder’s office within 12 calendar days of the date of our offer.
The transaction must be an arm’s length transaction. Transfer tax must be paid to the recorders office on the sale.
Net offer is calculated by calculating the sellers net at closing after closing costs, fees, and commissions, but prior to proration’s and lien payoffs.
We want you to sell your property for the most money possible, even if it isn’t from us. Rarely, there are some properties that we won’t be competitive on. We will let you know if we don’t think we will have the highest offer so you can sell it for more from another homebuyer.
