Due to an emotional situation, I decided to sell my home.  I contacted Jesse at Southern Nevada Homebuyers and he answered a few questions.  We made an appointment to meet so he could view my home, and within an hour, he gave me an offer that was $35,000 more than any of the other homebuyers I contacted.  We signed the contracts that morning, and closed the deal later that afternoon.

This was by far the easiest home sale transaction I have ever done.  Jesse gave me a fair price for my home, which was in line with the real estate agents listing price BUT, I didn’t have to deal with any of the headaches of a traditional buyer.
